every kit ships from our own warehouse in illinois — we're a logistics company, so this is the part we're unreasonably good at.

processing: orders ship within 2 business days. orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. pre-orders ship october 1. backordered kits ship within 3–5 weeks. you'll receive tracking the day your kit leaves.

standard shipping — $10 — 3 to 5 business days
express shipping — $22 — 1 to 2 business days
free shipping — on us — orders over $100, delivered standard

wrong address? email hello@thehaylow.com fast — if it hasn't left the warehouse, we'll fix it. once it's with the carrier, we'll do our best, but carriers make no promises and neither can we.

arrived damaged? that's covered under our returns & refunds policy — photo within 7 days, replacement or refund, your choice.
