Refund policy

every kit is assembled and inspected by hand, one at a time. because of that, all sales are final.

we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we can't refund a kit once it has shipped. we'd rather tell you that plainly here than surprise you later.

if something arrives damaged or wrong

that's on us, and we fix it. email hello@thehaylow.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice — and you won't need to send anything back.

if your order hasn't shipped yet

email us right away and we'll cancel it. orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days, so the window is short but real.

gifts

the same terms apply to kits sent as gifts. if a gift arrives damaged, either the sender or the recipient can reach out.
